Pool time = Naptime!

Sawyer and I have been going to the pool a lot recently. She loves it. We have a membership this year at a pool not too far from our house. She loves the water and it wears her out. So needless to say when she naps so does Momma!

My First Airplane Ride!

Spencer and I took Sawyer to DC over Memorial Day weekend to meet our newest niece, Sophia, and visit with Uncle Trey and Aunt Christianna before they traveled back to Africa. It was a short trip, but we had a great time!!

Just a few pictures of what Sawyer gets into. She loves sitting in her Daddy's office and watching him work. She also loves playing in nothing but a diaper and boxes make the best toys!! Apparently she has watched me file my nails and toenails a few times so she thought she would file hers as well.

Happy Easter!

We had a great Easter! We went to Mountain Top for the morning service and then to my grandmother's for lunch. We then stopped by the Harrell's for our annual Easter egg hunt!

Well, I have been away from our blog far too long. I have taken lots of pictures and posted them on Facebook, but have not updated the blog. Thanks to my great friend, Cara, I can now update from my iPhone!!

Spring=Yard Cleaning Time!

We have had such beautiful weather lately that Sawyer is dying to be outside.  She absolutely loves it.  What I don't love is the pollen that makes her congested and the fact that our yard needed some major attention.  I love for the grass to be neatly cut.  It is just a pet peeve of mine.  Not only did we cut the grass, but we cleaned up, used the weed eater, and put out 25 bales of pine straw.  It might not sound like a lot, but just take a look at the pictures.  There is still lots more that we want to do to the yard, but as we all now that takes LOTS of time and money!  So, we at least go it to the point where it looks better :)
